Maria Jerman is a proven professional in the culinary arts. A member of The Beachcomber “kitchens” for nearly three years, she assumed supervision of a dietary program already established as one of the finest and has proceeded to extend our reputation for excellent, home-style meals. Residents and visitors have often praised the Beachcomber’s menu, informal setting and relaxed atmosphere at meals.

Maria is the former pastry chef at Sundy House, an historic hotel and restaurant in Delray Beach. Since graduation from the Florida Culinary Institute in 1998 she has graced the kitchens of the Weston Hotel, Cypress Creek and Stonebridge Country Club in Boca Raton.

A native of Long Island, Maria lives with her family in the Boca Raton region.
